Honoring Antonio Accornero and Siena Italian Authentic Trattoria & Deli
Las Vegas, March 28, 2023 – Las Vegas businessman and restaurateur Antonio Accornero received an award from the LVMPD’s Women of Metro for his outstanding dedication to and support of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Accornero, who co-owns Siena Authentic Italian Trattoria and Deli with Chef Giancarlo Bomparola, attended an event hosted by the Women of Metro highlighting Sheriff McMahill’s first 90 days in office. The evening drew over 400 community leaders and dignitaries, all eager to hear Sheriff McMahill’s plans for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and how those plans will affect the future of the Greater Las Vegas area.
The evening’s event was sponsored by several local businesses, with Siena Restaurant being the featured donor of culinary delights for the gathering. Assistant Sheriff Sasha Larkin acknowledged the contribution as she introduced Antonio to accept his award: “I would like to thank Siena Italian Restaurant for providing the delicious food this evening! Antonio has been so generous and so gracious for us tonight.” Larkin continued, “Antonio is very pro-police, very pro-Metro, and he does a ton of work with us. Thank you, Antonio for all of your help and all of your generosity!”
Accornero was humbled by the recognition. “I’m very honored to be part of this community. Thank you from all of the people who work at Siena,” he said. “I’m really proud to support the Women of Metro, and the guys, too!”
