Las Vegas, February 01, 2024 – Local entrepreneur Antonio Accornero confirmed his endorsement of Municipal Court Judge candidate Rebecca Wolfson this week. In a show of his support, Accornero invited Wolfson and her father, Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson, along with her campaign manager, Tom Letizia, to lunch at Siena Italian Restaurant, just one of the many businesses he owns in Las Vegas. After attending Wolfson’s campaign kickoff event two weeks earlier and subsequently lunching with her and having the opportunity to listen to her plans for the future, Accornero was impressed by her knowledge and poise, noting, “Rebecca represents the future of judges in Southern Nevada, and I am confident in pledging my support in her campaign.”

Rebecca Wolfson, who believes in a balanced and just approach to criminal justice, has been serving as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Las Vegas since August 2017. In this capacity, she has been involved in prosecuting criminal misdemeanors, handling civil litigation, jury and bench trials, as well as mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. Her responsibilities also include negotiating settlement of disputes, providing legal counsel in planning, zoning, and open meeting law issues to the City Council, Planning Commissioners, and Code Enforcement. Rebecca is a warm and compassionate attorney who promises to treat all citizens that appear in front of her as a judge with respect and dignity. Firm but fair is a hallmark of Rebecca’s viewpoint on criminal justice. Rebecca Wolfson represents the next generation of judges in Nevada.
